    No.

    Both the 4-piece and 6-piece gift boxes are carefully curated and are available as fixed collections.

    Mid-Autumn Festival is a special celebration of reunion and tradition.

    To ensure the highest quality, our mooncakes are handmade in limited batches and are only available during the Mid-Autumn season.

  • I have food allergies. Can I still order?

    Please refer to the allergen information before purchasing.

    All products are made in a kitchen that also handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, sesame and tree nuts.

  • Which flavours are vegan?

    Five flavours are vegan.

    Only the Classic Lava Custard Mooncake contains dairy and egg.

  • Can I collect my order after the pickup period?

    Unfortunately not.

    As our mooncakes are freshly made, all pickup orders must be collected during the designated pickup period.

    Orders not collected before 19 September will automatically forfeit their reservation.

  • Will my gift box arrive before Mid-Autumn Festival?

    We will dispatch all parcels between 14–16 September.

    While we will do our best to ensure delivery before Mid-Autumn Festival, delivery times depend on local courier services and customs procedures.

  • What's the difference between the 4-piece and 6-piece gift boxes?

    The 4-piece gift box contains four selected flavours.

    The 6-piece gift box includes all six signature flavours.

    Yes.

    Every mooncake is handcrafted in small batches at Moii Cafe in Berlin.
